Discounted rates are only offered to groups of 10 or more that have pre-booked in advance through the team.

Please note, our tours will be especially busy on key dates during the year. This means that we may have limited capacity to cater for your group booking, so we recommend booking for your group at least 4 weeks in advance of your visit.

Pre-booked groups of over 20 visitors would be recommended to book a private hire instead.

Please note that the business is closed on Christmas Day (December 25) and opening times vary throughout the year, so please check timings in advance of your visit.

Unless previously agreed with LCS Management, all customers must make payment in full prior to your tour date. No admission will be given to unpaid groups unless payment has been made in full.

Any group booking made within 4 weeks of the date of visit will be requested for payment at time of booking by credit/debit card or BACS.

Bookings made earlier than 4 weeks prior to the date of visit will have the option of being invoiced and payment must be received before admission is permitted. See our terms and conditions for more details.
